That is one thing like about my old Orsay TV is that the TV itself auto changes the audio setting for youJust my 2 cents: I think it's a shame that Samsung has removed DTS from the 2018 models. Smart So I get 2 channel pcm unless I manually go tell my TV to use DTS and then manually go back in to switch to DD when I hit the next file... Hello, I have a Samsung UE40H5500. I feel your pain on converting DTS to AC3. We will be looking at this for a future update to the app. At least for a long time, Samsung TVs did not send 5.1 audio from HDMI inputs to the optical connection.
